PD Recognition

Time to Reflect & Get the Certificate


To receive your 2-hour PD certificate, choose one option below and follow its specific link to complete your submission:
• Reflection: Minimum 150 words
• Share Your Story: A personal experience connected to the workshop
• Blog Response: A thoughtful response to the blog prompt
Each option has its own link. Make sure you follow the correct link for the option you choose.
Your written piece must be your own, AI-free work, or a certificate cannot be issued.
You will also be asked to provide:
– Your full name
– Your email address
– The workshop title
Important:
Once you open the link for your chosen option, do not close the form until you have submitted your story, blog response, or reflection. If the form is submitted without the written part, the 1 hour of self-paced credit cannot be granted.
