Together in Childcare
​Terms & Waiver

By registering for or participating in any session, course, or event organized by Together in Child Care (“the Organization”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  1. Purpose of Services
    Together in Child Care provides professional learning and collaborative events for educators, parents, and community partners. These sessions are for educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional, legal, or medical advice.
  2. Voluntary Participation
    Participation is voluntary. You accept all responsibility for your engagement and any outcomes related to your learning or actions following the session.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    The Organization, its facilitators, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in any program, event, or digital learning experience.
  4. Media & Recording
    Sessions may be recorded or photographed for educational or promotional use. If you do not consent to the use of your image or voice, please notify the Organization in writing at info@togetherinchildcare.ca before the event.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All course materials, recordings, and resources are the property of Together in Child Care and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
  6. Agreement
    By submitting your registration or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
